This book threw me to the other side.  I have been thinking about therapy for a long time. I bought this book because a friend of mine recommended and it spoke to me and all my feelings. The incessant yes and no of our lives. The dilemma of wanting and not wanting.  Everybody should read this book. It made me sad but who said therapy was easy. Therapy is work, work, work.
